is the founder and principal attorney of The Law Office of Osaguona Asemota, PLLC, a boutique law firm focused on trademark protection, business formation, and strategic contract counsel for entrepreneurs and growing businesses. She advises founders, creatives, and business owners on protecting the brands, intellectual assets, and legal foundations that support long-term growth and lasting value.
With a unique combination of legal training and business experience, Osaguona understands that successful entrepreneurs need more than legal documents—they need practical, strategic counsel that aligns with their business objectives. Her approach is centered on helping clients secure ownership of the brands they are building, mitigate risk, and make informed decisions that position their businesses for sustainable success.
Before founding her firm, Osaguona built a diverse career spanning law, business operations, public service, and policy. She held roles with organizations including Meta, the Texas Workforce Commission, and federal immigration agencies, where she developed expertise in research, regulatory analysis, stakeholder engagement, and complex problem-solving. These experiences continue to inform her thoughtful and business-minded approach to serving clients.
Grounded in her Christian faith and commitment to service, Osaguona believes legal counsel should be both strategic and accessible. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs protect what they have worked hard to create and preserving the value of their brands for future generations.
Osaguona earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Georgia State University. She is licensed to practice law and is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs confidently build, protect, and preserve their legacies.
