is the founder and principal attorney of The Law Office of Osaguona Asemota, PLLC, a boutique law firm serving entrepreneurs, immigration professionals, and families nationwide. Drawing on a unique blend of immigration experience and real-world business experience, she helps clients start and grow their companies, protect their intellectual property, and navigate family-based immigration with confidence and clarity.

Before establishing her own practice, Osaguona built a career at the intersection of law and business. She worked with leading organizations, including Meta, the Texas Workforce Commission, and U.S. immigration agencies, where she honed her skills in research, policy analysis, and project leadership. This diverse experience gives her a practical understanding of the challenges faced by both entrepreneurs and individuals seeking immigration benefits.

Grounded in her Christian faith, Osaguona founded her firm as an expression of service. She believes legal work is not only about documents and deadlines but also about people’s lives and dreams. Her approach is guided by integrity, empathy, and excellence—values she lives out in every client interaction.

Osaguona earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Georgia State University. She is licensed to practice law and represents immigration clients across all 50 states and U.S. territories. Outside her practice, she mentors young women in her church, leads programs that inspire purpose and growth, and enjoys creating gatherings that bring people together in meaningful ways.
